20 years Core Skills
It’s 20 years ago that I got acquinted with Core Skills Training. This training aims to have teams and individuals experience what team development feels like. The way of working is experiental learning. I celebrate this milestone by sharing my insights via LinkedIn. The first one is in Dutch: Niet nakomen van teamafspraken is waardevol. It describes that not living up to agreements is meaningful for team development. The response people give to “rule breakers” says a lot about the team development stage.
